Shipping & Customs

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, then transit time depends on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. International orders can take longer when they pass through customs.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take a day to show movement.

How does customs treatment work for international orders?

Customs treatment depends on your order value and destination country. Each country has different thresholds:

  • Some countries (Brazil, India, Argentina) assess duties from the first dollar
  • Higher-value orders (approximately $800+ for US exports) may require additional filing or formal customs entry
  • Destination country thresholds vary

We monitor these requirements and route your order accordingly. If your order needs special handling, we will contact you.

Which countries require a tax ID for customs clearance?

Four countries require the recipient’s tax ID on the package for customs clearance:

  • Mexico
  • Brazil
  • Argentina
  • India

When you place an order to these countries, you will be prompted to enter the required tax ID at checkout.

Should I ship to my home address or my Amazon office?

We strongly recommend shipping to your personal address rather than an Amazon office. Shipments sent to Amazon offices can trigger additional compliance requirements and may delay delivery. We will remind you of this recommendation at checkout.

What is the difference between individual orders and bulk shipments?

This store is designed for individual, B2C eCommerce orders. Bulk or B2B shipments follow different rules based on:

  • Total order value
  • Shipping method
  • Importer-of-record requirements

Orders above a certain value may require a separate process. For large event shipments, we work with logistics partners to set up importer-of-record (IOR) arrangements to ensure smooth import/export.
